If you are new to our platform, before proceeding to book your desired service, please complete this short form so we can personalize your experience and advise you on which walker/caretaker would be most suitable for your request.

HOW TO BOOK A SERVICE?

Select the desired service (Be careful to select the category first and then the service).
Choose your favorite walker or sitter from your region. If you have contacted us, enter the walker or sitter that we have recommended. (BEFORE BOOKING A BOARDING SERVICE, IT IS MANDATORY TO COMPLETE THE FORM TO AVOID OVERBOOKING OF ANY sitter).
If you want to book more days, add the desired number of extra dayd. (For example, for a total number of 5 days, enter 4 extra days).
Enter the date and time of the pet’s handover. (P.S. You cannot book one day in advance)
Enter your personal information as well as your pet’s information.
If you have entered additional terms, enter the dates for the additional terms (Example: From 05 to 10 March; or 05,07 and 08 March).
Proceed to payment for the service.

IMPORTANT: If you book a boarding service before completing the new user form, modifications to your reservation such as change of your caretaker, or cancellation of the reservation are possible.
