Each booking includes unlimited playtime, lots of love and attention, and you’ll be included in the fun via video call and pictures of every exciting event. Many sitters are lifelong pet owners, and each stay is thoroughly vetted and insured.
4. Where will my pet be staying if I book sitting?
Your pet will be staying in your home with the company of a caregiver.
5. Where will my pet be staying if I book boarding?
Your pet will be staying in the caregiver’s home.
6. How do I pay for my services?
Our services are paid for exclusively on our website. Complete your service reservation and proceed to payment.
7. Will I get a refund if I cancel my service?
To receive a refund, you must cancel the service at least 48 hours before the appointment.
