About the platform & safety

No. The platform offers stays exclusively in real homes with vetted sitters. Your pet gets one-to-one attention, a calm environment and the same routine as at home, which lowers stress — that's why it's a great option for anxious or older pets.

💰

Payment, cancellation & refunds

Services are paid exclusively online through our platform or by bank transfer before the booking starts. To get a full refund, cancel your booking no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time.

🎁

Automatic discounts

For long stays and multiple pets — no code needed, the system applies them for you.

The system automatically applies a 10% discount to stays longer than 7 days. If you register 2 or more pets at the same time, an automatic 40% discount applies to the second pet. When both conditions are met, only the larger discount (40%) applies, because discounts can't be combined.

Service packages

If you need regular care, you can choose a pre-set package at a discount. Dogs have daily-walk packages, while cats and smaller pets have packages of short visits in their own home. A special weekend stay is also available.

For daily walks you can choose a package of 10 (5% off), 20 (10% off) or 40 walks (10% off). For short visits there are packages of 5 (5% off), 10 (10% off) or 20 visits (10% off).

🩺

Health care & vet visits

We hope it's never needed — but if it is, there's a clear plan.

If there is any change in your pet's health, the sitter contacts you right away. In an emergency, if you can't be reached (for example, during a flight or a meeting), the sitter takes your pet straight to a vet so it gets help in time.
